About me
Cindy Garcia is an ESC Region 11 GT/Advanced Academics Instructional Specialist with 25 years of experience in education. She holds a B.A. in Elementary Education and an M.Ed. in Gifted Education, with certifications in Elementary Education, 4-8 ELAR, Gifted and Talented, and ESL. Throughout her career, Cindy has taught a variety of grade levels, including middle school ELAR, 1st grade, and 5th grade, as well as serving as an instructional coach and a Gifted and Talented Specialist.
